BOWIE, Md. (AP) -- Richard Bleier and Sam Wolff combined for a shutout as the Bowie Baysox topped the Richmond Flying Squirrels 3-0 on Saturday.

Marcos Molina (2-4) picked up the win after he struck out three and walked two while allowing one hit over seven scoreless innings. Conner Menez (2-2) went 4 1/3 innings, allowing three runs and four hits in the Eastern League game. He also struck out three and walked three.

Bowie scored its runs when Ryan McKenna hit a two-run home run in the first inning and Preston Palmeiro hit a sacrifice fly in the fourth.

The Flying Squirrels were blanked for the sixth time this season, while the Baysox's staff recorded their second shutout of the year.
