A Davenport man accused of shooting at a man in late August was in the Scott County Jail on Monday in lieu of a $10,000 cash-only bond.
Marc A. Dietrich, 20, was arrested Friday and charged with intimidation with a weapon, a Class C felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison, illegally possessing a firearm and going armed with intent, both Class D felonies punishable by up to five years in prison.
Dietrich, through an attorney, on Monday waived his right to a preliminary hearing. He will be arraigned on the charges Oct. 15.
Police were called about 8:15 p.m. Aug. 30 to the 1200 block of Brown Street for a report of shots-fired.

According to an arrest affidavit, Dietrich brandished a dark-colored revolver and fired six shots at a man. He then got into a vehicle and fled the area.
The incident was in response to verbal disputes between a friend of Dietrich and the man's son, who are affiliated with rival street gangs, according to the affidavit.
Dietrich was convicted of misdemeanor domestic battery, which bans him from possessing a firearm or ammunition, last year in Rock Island County.
