MOLINE — William Todd “Bill” Fowler, 31, of Moline, passed away Monday, December 10, 2018, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, Iowa City, Iowa, where he gave the gift of life and was an organ donor.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m., Monday, December 17, 2018, at Rafferty Funeral Home, 2111-1st St A, Moline. Visitation will be 1-4 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to his family.
Bill was born October 22, 1987, in Silvis, the son of William Anthony and Tina (Tubbs) Fowler. He married Jessica R. Reyes on November 16, 2011, in Rock Island.
Bill graduated from Moline High School in 2006 and received his bachelor’s degree from Brown Mackie College in 2017.
Bill worked at Aramark, East Moline. Second grade was the best year of his life, and he was known for his humor and quick wit. He was a head coach of his son’s baseball team, the QC Rawlings Tigers, and avid St. Louis Cardinal fan, and his family was always first.
Survivors include his wife, Jessica; children, Billy, Alex and Khloe Fowler, all at home; mother, Tina Labath, Moline; father, Tony (Emily) Fowler, Moline; sister, Kaylyn “K.K.” Fowler, Moline; brothers, Mykel Fowler, Moline, and Kaleb Garnica, Davenport; grandparents, Marlys (Ron) Parker, Moline, MaryAnn Fowler, Macomb, and Ruben and Sara Reyes, Moline; mother-in-law, Becky Reyes-Norin, Moline; brother-in-law, Marcus Reyes (Rachel Ruiz), Moline; niece, Aliyah; nephews, Floyd, Zaylan and Sammy; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
His family will host a gathering at Friends’ Circle after services on Monday.
