The Illinois Quad City Area Realtors Association honored Pryce Boeye of Rock Island as Realtor of the Year and gave its Community Service Award to Anne Cunningham of Moline during its annual awards banquet Tuesday night.

The Association honored 70 of its members during the event at Circa '21 in Rock Island.

Mr. Boeye received his award for service to the association and community during his 33 years as a member. Mr. Boeye has been one of the strongest advocates of a Quad-Cities area multiple listing service, which is scheduled to become a reality by the end of the year. He is vice president of Mel Foster Co. in the Quad-Cities area.

Ms. Cunningham was honored for her service as an association director and as vice president of the Moline School Board. A Moline native, she has been active in community, association, church and school activities for a number of years. She has been district director of the District 35 PTA, which serves 10 western Illinois counties.

The association also honored 139 association members who became members of the President's Club during 1997.

Nine members received the top President's Club's Diamond Award, given by the association.

Those members include: Kayla Briesch, Elaine DeClerck, Craig Wainwright and Pam Wendt. Receiving the life award for the Diamond level were Sharon Esslinger, Dale Godwin, Jon Loquist, Diane Van Opdorp and Jackie Wells.
