SERVICES COORDINATOR
We are looking for an Administrative Services Coordinator to join one of the fastest
growing independent seed companies. The Administrative Services Coordinator
will provide general office administration support, and is the first point of contact
for all visitors, vendors and employees. This position will also provide support to
accounting, human resources and our business coordinator in the areas of data
entry, invoice reconciliation, reporting of financial and payroll information, and
scheduling meetings and facility tours.
This position requires discretion, independent judgment, autonomy, and a high
degree of customer service.
Qualifications: Associates degree preferred, minimum of 5 years of experience
with office administration/operations, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel &
PowerPoint, Notary Public, or willing to obtain.
