Katherine Gass and Lily Oswald swim back to shore with their cardboard boat in tow during the Regatta Cardboard Boat Race. Students from Bettendorf, Pleasant Valley, & North Scott, West Liberty, Rivermont Academy & Moline High Schools will test cardboard boat designs at a regatta cardboard boat competition on Friday, May 13 at the Bettendorf Middle Park Lagoon.
