No-Fail Rolls

1 package dry yeast
1 cup warm water
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup oil or melted shortening
3-1/2 cups flour

Dissolve yeast in warm water. In a large bowl, mix eggs and sugar. Add salt. Add oil. Mix in flour, 1 cup at
a time, stirring well.
Cover bowl with cloth, let rise until double in size. Punch center to let air out. Form into rolls. Cover and let
rise until double in size.
Bake at 400 degrees until golden brown, about 10 to 15 minutes. Makes 2 to 3 dozen.
