Crispy Bacon and Broccoli Salad

3 pounds broccoli
2 bunches of green onions
1 pound bacon,, chilled
1 cup Miracle Whip
1/4 cup sugar
5 or 6 tablespoons red wine vinegar, to taste

Clean and cut broccoli into bite-size pieces. Clean and slice onions. Cut chilled bacon into 1/2 inch pieces, fry crisp, drain and set aside.
Blend together Miracle Whip, sugar and vinegar until sugar is dissolved and creamy textured. Toss all ingredients but the bacon. Don't add the bacon until just before serving. Then toss together.
