Cauliflower Casserole

1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
1 onion, diced
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated mild Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup fine bread crumbs
Dash of paprika

Cook cauliflower in water until tender; drain and arrange in bottom of a 2-quart casserole. Mix soup, sour cream and mayonnaise. Add onions. Spoon mixture over cauliflower. Sprinkle grated cheese over soup mixture and sprinkle with bread crumbs and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Serves 8 to 10.
