Pasta and Walnut Fruit Salad

1 pound medium shells, elbow macaroni or other medium pasta shape, uncooked
1 cup non-fat plain yogurt
1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 tablespoon honey
2 navel oranges, peeled and cut into sections
1 cup seedless green grapes, cut into halves
1 apple, cored and chopped
1/2 cup sliced celery
1/4 cup walnut halves

Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain. In a small bowl, blend together yogurt, orange juice concentrate and honey.
In a large bowl, combine pasta and remaining ingredients. Add yogurt dressing and toss well. Cover and chill before serving.
