Party Chicken Salad

1 cup cooked cubed chicken
1 tablespoon minced onion
Salt, to taste
1 cup green grapes, cut in halves
1 cup diced celery
1 cup drained mandarin oranges
1 cup slivered almonds
1 cup cooked macaroni rings
1 cup salad dressing (Miracle Whip)
1 cup heavy cream, whipped

Combine chicken, onion and salt; refrigerate several hours or overnight. Add grapes, celery, oranges, almonds, macaroni rings and salad dressing. Mix well. Refrigerate again. Just before serving, fold in whipped cream. Serves 12.
