All American Potato Salad

Ingredients

1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons vinegar
1-1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 pounds potatoes, cooked, peeled and cubed (about 4 cups)
1 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 or 3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped

Instructions

In a large bowl, stir together mayonnaise, vinegar, salt, sugar and pepper. Add potatoes, celery, onion and eggs; toss to coat well. Cover, refrigerate. Makes about 5 cups.
