Teriyaki Salmon

Ingredients

4 salmon steaks, 1-inch thick
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup cooking oil
2 teaspoons white wine
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon cornstarch

Instructions

Combine soy sauce, oil, white wine, brown sugar, ginger and cornstarch. Place salmon in sauce and marinate 1 to 2 hours, turning halfway through. Heat grill to 425 degrees. (Grills may vary on heat.) Grill 4 to 5 minutes. Brush marinade over salmon steaks as they cook. (Double marinade for more than 4 fillets.)
