Chicken Breast Ole

4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1-1/2 cups thick and chunky salsa
1/2 cup peach or apricot preserves
In a non-stick skillet sprayed with vegetable cooking spray, brown chicken breasts on both sides.
When chicken is browned, add salsa and preserves to skillet. Cover and simmer over medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes. Serves 4.
