Pineapple Slice Salad

1 can (20 ounces) sliced pineapple, drain well and save juice
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon flour
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/2 cup grated cheese, your choice
Cherries with or without stems
Lettuce leaves

Mix sugar and flour; add all the pineapple juice and egg. Cook until thick. Cool. Place a pineapple slice on each lettuce leaf. Pour pudding in each pineapple hole and on pineapple slice. Grate cheese. Put on top of pudding. Place cherry in the middle of each pineapple.
