Donna's Meatloaf

3 pounds ground beef
1 package (1-1/4 ounces) dry onion soup mix
2 eggs
1/3 cup chopped onion
1-1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon onion salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
2/3 cup milk
3 cups bread crumbs

Mix all ingredients to desired consistency. Form into a rectangular loaf and wrap in foil. Place in 9x13-inch baking pan.
Cover bottom of pan with 1/4 inch water. Cover pan with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover meatloaf and bake 20 minutes longer. Serves 8.
