Sweet and Sour Chicken Wings

Ingredients

1 egg
10 to 12 chicken wings
1 cup cornstarch
Vegetable oil
3/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup chicken broth
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

Beat egg. Dip chicken wings in beaten egg and then dust with cornstarch. Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Put wings in 10x10x2-inch casserole. Mix remaining ingredients to make sauce. Pour sauce over wings. Cover. Bake at 325 degrees for 60 minutes.
