Easy Oven Stew

2 pounds beef stew chunks
Chopped onion
1 tablespoon flour
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) tomato soup
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) water
Potatoes
Carrots

Braise beef stew chunks. Saute some chopped onions and add 1 tablespoon flour. Add tomato soup and water. Add chunks of potatoes and carrots. Put all in roasting pan. Stir well. (When doubling recipe, use turkey roaster.)
Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour or until vegetables are fork tender.
