Heavenly Walnut-Apple Cake

Ingredients

1-1/2 cups vegetable oil
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon soda
1-1/4 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 cups peeled, diced apples
1/3 cup walnuts, chopped

Instructions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease and flour 10-inch tube pan. Combine oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla.

Sift flour with baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Add flour mixture to oil mixture and blend well. Stir in apples and nuts and pour into prepared pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
