Pecan Rolls

Ingredients

1 loaf frozen bread dough
1 package butterscotch pudding mix
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup nuts
1/2 stick butter

Instructions

Thaw loaf of bread dough in refrigerator overnight. Cut into 4 pieces lengthwise, then each of the 4 pieces into 8, making 32 balls in all.

Mix butterscotch pudding mix, brown sugar and nuts. Melt butter and roll balls in melted butter and then in pudding mixture.

Place in a tube pan. Cover and let rise about 1-1/2 hours until doubled in size. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.

1989 — 25 years ago: Beginning this fall, Black Hawk College will offer a continuing education course in horseback riding at the Wright Way Equestrian Center, Moline, located just east of the Deere Administration Center.
