Tomato Juice Cocktail

"This has much more flavor than commercial V-8 juice. I save the celery and onion after straining to use in soup or Swiss steak recipes."

Ingredients

1 can (46 ounces) tomato juice
2 tablespoons vinegar
3 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 cup chopped celery

Instructions

Mix ingredients together in large pitcher. Let stand for 30 minutes in refrigerator; then strain.
