2 cans (14 ounces each) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 cloves garlic, minced
Mix together artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, cheese and garlic. Place in a 1-1/2 quart casserole; sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or until brown and bubbly. Serve hot with crackers.
