Greek Style Chicken and Potatoes

1 chicken (3 pounds) cut up, skin removed
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon fresh ground pepper
1 tablespoon dried oregano
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
5 medium unpeeled potatoes, cut into halves
1/2 cup water
Rinse chicken and pat dry. Combine vegetable oil, pepper, oregano, garlic and lemon juice in deep bowl; mix well.
Place chicken pieces and potatoes in mixture, turning to coat each piece.
Place in non-stick baking pan or pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Pour water over top of chicken and potatoes.
Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour or until done by fork, juices running clear.
