Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients

2 cups cooked sweet potatoes
2 eggs
1/2 can evaporated milk
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 stick margarine, melted
Topping:
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup soft margarine
1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

In mixer, blend sweet potatoes, eggs, evaporated milk, sugar, vanilla and melted margarine. Pour into 2-quart casserole. Combine topping ingredients and spread on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
