Mango Salsa

2 mangoes, peeled, chopped into 1/2 inch chunks
2 plum tomatoes, seeded and diced
1 small red onion, diced
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 jalapeno pepper, ribs and seeds removed, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
Juice of 2 limes
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt


Combine mangoes, tomatoes, onion, cilantro, jalapeno, garlic and lime juice in a bowl. Season with kosher salt and toss. Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
