Sausage and Egg Casserole

Ingredients

1/2 pound sausage
6 eggs
1 1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon dry yellow mustard
3/4 teaspoon salt
2 slices white cubed bread
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

Brown sausage and drain. In large mixing bowl beat eggs, add milk, mustard, salt and bread then add sausage. Pour into an 8 by 8 glass pan. Top with cheese. Bake at 325 for 45-50 minutes.
