Pumpkin Spice Angel Food Cake

A great snack or dessert to keep in the freezer...especially during the holidays! After the cake has cooled. I cup up slices and freeze.

Ingredients

1 box (16 ounces) angel food cake mix
1 1/4 cups water
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350. Using electric mixer, beat cake mix, water, pumpkin and spices on low speed for 30 seconds, then on medium speed for one minute. Pour batter into ungreased tube pan and bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool cake completely - upside down - before removing cake.
