Slow Cooker Ham and Potatoes

Ingredients

6 medium potatoes, cubed
1/2 onion chopped
4 cups diced ham (approx 4 cups)
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) cream of chicken soup
8 ounces sour cream
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1 cup shredded cheddar
Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

In a large saucepan, cover onion and potatoes with water and bring to a boil. Cook until potatoes are tender. Drain and place in a slow cooker along with remaining ingredients. Stir to combine. Cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 6-8 hours.
