Porcupine Meatballs

Ingredients

2 pounds lean ground chuck
1/2 cup uncooked white rice
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 can (10.75 ounces) condensed tomato soup

Instructions

In large mixing bowl, combine ground chuck, rice, onion, green pepper, egg, salt and pepper. Shape meat mixture into desired size meatballs. Place in slow cooker. Pour tomato soup over meatballs. Cover and cook in slow cooker on low until done.
