Sausage Balls and Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

Sausage Balls:
2 cups flour
1 pound sausage
2 cups cheese, shredded
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Dipping Sauce:
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons of hot sauce

Instructions

For sausage balls: Mix together flour, sausage, cheese, salt and pepper well. Hand roll mixture into walnut-sized balls. Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes until golden brown. For dipping sauce: Mix mayonnaise and hot sauce together. Store in air tight container. Serve with the sausage balls.
