Salmon Ball

Ingredients

1 can (14.75 ounces) salmon
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon horseradish
2 teaspoons onion salt
Squirt of liquid smoke
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

Drain, remove skin and large bones from salmon. Soften cream cheese and mix with salmon, lemon juice, horseradish, onion salt and liquid smoke. Form into a ball. Roll in chopped pecans. Garnish with parsley. Serve with crackers
