Even family members who don't usually like vegetarian dishes like this one. Most people never notice there isn't any meat in it.
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 can (14 1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
2 cans (15 ounces each) chili beans undrained
1 can (15 ounces) black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (15 ounces) navy, pinto or northern beans, rinsed and drained
1 cup frozen corn, thawed
1 package (1 1/4 ounces) chili seasoning mix
Mix all ingredients together in crock pot. Cover and cook five to six hours on high setting or until green peppers and onions are tender.
