Andrea's Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

1 package (8 ounces) crescent rolls
10 eggs
3/4 cup milk
2 cups shredded mozzarella
2 cups shredded Cheddar
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1/2 onion, diced
1 tablespoon minced garlic
Salt and pepper
1 package (8-10 ounces) diced ham

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, spread crescent roll dough to cover the bottom of the pan. Bake for 6 minutes. Meanwhile, mix together eggs, milk, both cheeses, Italian seasoning, maple syrup, diced onion and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper, and then set aside. Once the baking dish comes out of the over, sprinkle the diced ham over the baked dough. Pour the egg mixture over the ham, and return the dish to the oven, uncovered, to bake an additional 35-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted at the center comes out clean. Slice and serve.
