Apple Cranberry Crisp

Ingredients

6 cups golden delicious apples, cored, peeled and sliced
3 cups cranberries
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 to 2 teaspoons lemon juice
3/4 cup butter, sliced and divided
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup brown sugar, packed

Instructions

Toss together apple slices, cranberries, sugar and cinnamon. Spread in a greased 9x13-inch baking pan. Sprinkle with lemon juice; dot with 1/4 cup butter. Blend remaining butter with flour and brown sugar until crumbly. Sprinkle over apple mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream. Serves 10 to 12.
