Easy Peanut Butter Bars

Use 2 bags of chocolate chips if you are a chocolate lover.

Ingredients

6 cups corn flakes
1 cup light corn syrup
1 cup white sugar
1 1/2 cups peanut butter
1 bag (8 ounces) dark chocolate chips

Instructions

Lightly oil an 8x10-inch cake pan. Place corn flakes in the pan. Mix corn syrup and sugar in saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat; add peanut butter and mix until smooth. Pour peanut butter mixture over cornflakes and combine. Press into oiled cake pan. In a double boiler or saucepan, melt chocolate chips. Pour over the top of cereal mixture. Place in refrigerator over night and let harden. Next day cut and serve. Makes 10 to 12 bars depending how big you cut them.
