Sweet Potato Surprise

Ingredients

4 medium sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1/4 cup margarine (melted)
2 eggs slightly beaten
Dash salt
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped nuts
3 tablespoons margarine, melted
3 tablespoons flour

Instructions

Combine potatoes, sugar, corn syrup, margarine, eggs and salt. Spread evenly in an 8x8 inch baking dish. Set aside. Mix together the brown sugar, nuts, margarine and flour. Sprinkle on top of the potatoes mixture. Bake, uncovered, in a 350 degree oven 35 to 40 minutes until heated through
