Cheese Dip

Ingredients

2 jars (5 ounces each) Old English cheese
8 ounces softened cream cheese
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1 tablespoon beef broth
1 2-ounce jar pimento

Instructions

Put all the ingredients in bowl except the pimento. Use mixer to blend. Use spoon to add the pimento. Serve with bagel chips.
