Jodi's Water Chestnuts

1 can water chestnuts, drained
1/4 pound lean bacon
1 cup ketchup
Dash Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar

Wrap 1/2 slice of bacon around a water chestnut. Hold in place with toothpick. Place bacon-wrapped chestnuts in ovenproof 13x9-inch baking pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, combine ketchup, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce. Pour sauce over chestnuts and bake at 300 degrees for an additional 30 minutes.
