Turkey-Schnitzel in Cream Sauce

4 turkey breasts
1 1/2 cup cream
1/4 teaspoon pepper (can use more if you like)
1/2 teaspoon salt (can use less if you like)
1 tablespoon chives, chopped
1 tablespoon beef bouillon, granulated
1 tablespoon parsley or dry, chopped (can use more if you like)
1/4 teaspoon thyme

Salt and pepper the turkey breasts. Mix cream with all other ingredients and fill in a 9x13-inch casserole. Put the turkey breast in the cream mixture. Bake in a hot 350 oven for about 30 minutes or until brown and tender. Serve with rice and lettuce salad.
