Easy Baked Ham N' Egg Casserole

Ingredients

6 eggs, beaten
6 slices of ham, cubed
6 slices of bread, cubed
2 cups milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper (to taste)
1 teaspoon minced onions
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13 baking pan or dish. Mix all ingredients well. Pour into greased baking pan or dish. Bake for 45 minutes. (Alternately, this casserole may be refrigerated overnight and baked the next morning.)
