Curried Cheese and Olive Broil

Ingredients

1 cup chopped, pitted ripe olives
1 cup thinly sliced green onions, use portion of green part if you like
1-1/2 cups shredded, American or Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
Cocktail buns, cocktail rounds, pita chips or rounds

Instructions

Mix together the olives, green onions, cheese, mayonnaise and curry powder. Spread mixture on cocktail buns, cocktail rounds, pita chips or rounds. Place foil on broiler pan. Place rounds on foil and broil until brown and bubbly. Remove from broiler. Let sit until bubbling ceases. Serve immediately.
