Stuffed Pepper Soup

1-1/2 poungs hamburger or ground turkey, browned
1 cup onion, chopped
1 26 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
2 to 3 26 oz. jars of water
2 beef bouillon cubes
4 to 5 green peppers (or mixture of green, red & yellow), chopped
garlic powder to taste
salt and pepper to taste
4 cups cooked rice
1 cups mozzarella cheese (optional)

Brown meat and onion, drain. Add spaghetti sauce, water and bouillon cubes. Bring to a boil. Add peppers. Add garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste. Pour in desired amount of cooked rice. Serve hot with mozzarella cheese on top.
