Salmon Loaf

1 can (1 pound) pink salmon
2 cups soft bread crumbs
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons chopped onions
2 tablespoons parsley
1 teaspoon salt
Dash of pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mash pink salmon and combine with rest of the ingredients; mix together.
Put mixture into a greased 9-by-5-inch loaf pan. Bake for 45 minutes or until firm.
Makes 4-5 servings.
