Cornflake Kisses

You can freeze these if you wish. These kisses only have 18 calories in each kiss.

Ingredients

1 egg white
1/2 cup white sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup cornflakes

Instructions

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Beat egg whites. Gradually beat in sugar, salt and vanilla. Fold in cornflakes. Take up heaping teaspoonfuls of mixture and push onto well-oiled baking sheet. Bake until surface is dry, about 20 minutes. Do not brown. Remove from pan with side of spatula while kisses are still warm. Makes 18 kisses.
