Cranberry Salad

Ingredients

1 pint of hot, but not boiling, water
1 cup of sugar or Splenda
1 family-size box raspberry gelatin
12 ounces raw cranberries, chopped
5 stalks celery, chopped
1 apple, chopped
1 and 1/2 oranges, chopped
1 Cup of chopped walnuts

Instructions

Mix hot water, sugar or Splenda and gelatin. Put the Jello in the refrigerator to gel. While it sets, chop the fruits and vegetables. When gelain is set, mix in the craberries, celery, apple, oranges and walnuts. Place in a dish to mold. Place in the refrigerator overnight.
