Tomato Salad

3-4 tomatoes, cut into cubes or sliced
1 small onion, diced
2 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar
1-1/2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons basil
Salt and pepper, to taste

Combine tomatoes and onion. Add rice vinegar and balsamic vinegar. Mix lightly. Let stand 10 minutes. Add basil, salt and pepper.
