Pretty and Delicious Chicken Salad

6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
2 tablespoons green pepper, chopped
2 tablespoons celery, chopped
1/3 cup carrots, chopped
2/3 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
1 teaspoon pepper
Salt to taste
Mayonnaise to desired moisture

Boil chicken in water for one hour, or until cooked and cut into bite sized pieces. Add parsley, dill, green pepper, celery, carrots, walnuts, salt and pepper. Add mayonnaise to desired moisture.
Chill before serving.
