Crab & Pea Salad

1 pound immitation crab meat, flaked
10-ounce package frozen green peas, thawed
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon onion powder


In a bowl, combine crab meat, peas, bacon, mayonnaise and onkon powder. Mix well until ingredients are evenly coated. Cover and chill. Serves 4. Note: I like to add diced celery to this.
