Cabbage Potato Saute

4 cups cabbage, shredded
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup potato, uncooked, peeled and grated
1 tablespoon margarine
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon white vinegar

In a saucepan, cook cabbage in water until tender, stirring occasionally; drain. Add potato, margarine, salt and pepper; stir in vinegar. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally for 5 minutes.
