Very Good. I usually double or triple the recipe, because everyone likes it so well.
1 package microwave popcorn (popped)
1/2 cup salted cashew nuts
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1-12 oz bag white chocalate chips
Sort out unpopped kernals from popcorn-then mix with nuts and cranberries. Melt the white chocolate chips and pour over the mixture. Stir well and spread out on a buttered cookie tin.
